INGREDIENTS

50ml Bombay Citron Pressé

15ml freshly pressed lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, 75ml chilled soda water

A lemon wedge, a cherry (optional)

METHOD

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in Bombay Citron Pressé, lemon juice, sugar syrup and top with soda water. Stir and garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.

PRESSÉ & TONIC

INGREDIENTS

50ml Bombay Citron Pressé

100ml premium tonic water

A lemon wedge

METHOD

Fill a copa glass with ice cubes. Pour in Bombay Citron Pressé and premium tonic water. Stir. Squeeze a lemon wedge and drop it in for garnish.

SOUTHSIDE FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

50ml Bombay Citron Pressé

20ml freshly pressed lime juice

50ml chilled Champagne

10ml sugar syrup

8-9 mint leaves

METHOD

Pour Champagne into a coupette or martini glass. Shake the remaining ingredients in a shaker, over cubed ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
