Adolphus Busch and his friend Carl Conrad created a “Bohemian-style” lager in 1876 after travelling to Bohemia (Czech Republic), and this pale lager was first launched by Carl Conrad & Co. of St. Louis, Missouri. Today Budweiser is brewed by Anheuser-Busch, one of many breweries that’s part of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest beer company. The name “Budweiser” has been part of a massive trademark dispute as Bud?jovick√Ω Budvar Brewery in the Czech Republic has been brewing Budweiser Bier since 1802 and first started shipping their beer to the USA in 1875. Budweiser is 4.5% ABV, smooth, sessionable and the perfect ice-cold BBQ lager!
