The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

INGREDIENTS: 35ml The Glenlivet 12 year old, 15ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Honey Water, 80ml Champagne and 2 sprays of Atomiser

METHOD: Add all the ingredients into a glass, then stir and enjoy

Claymore

INGREDIENTS: 40ml The Glenlivet 12 year old, 20ml Umeshu plum sake, Ice and a Plum

METHOD: Stir the two liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain over ice in a rocks glass, garnish with slices of ripe plum.

Spiced Spey Coffee

INGREDIENTS: 40ml The Glenlivet 12 year old, 15ml liquid chocolate, 10ml simple syrup, 75ml strong filter coffee, 1 small pinch cayenne pepper and 40ml lightly whipped double cream

METHOD: Warm a small wine glass with boiling water. Pour out the hot water. Mix the chocolate, whisky, coffee, syrup, and cayenne pepper together in a heated glass. Gently pour the cream over the back of a spoon to create a creamy layer. Garnish with chocolate shavings, adding another small pinch of cayenne pepper.
