    HM Pinot Noir Gin has been crafted by steeping hand-picked single vineyard Victorian Pinot Noir grapes in our award-winning HM No. 1 Rare Dry Gin. Separating the grapes from the gin, they are hand-pressed to ensure that none of the mouth-watering juices are spared and to give the gin it’s warm rich colour. At HM Gin we are beyond proud of this gin, it is elegant and aromatic like all good Pinot Noir’s should be. We recommend pairing this gin with a splash of tonic water, a slice of orange, and ice.
