Introducing our small batch “Oaked” range.  It’s still not legally rum yet, but it has been barrel aged and we are loving it.  We’ve put our beautiful “Silver” spirit into new or near new small format American (french for batch 21) oak barrels for a short time.  Each batch has its own character and has the unique flavour profile of the barrel(s) used for that batch.

Our “Oaked” is versatile, with our silver butterscotch flavour coming through and the lovely warmth of the oak it’s been aged in.  Try it neat, it’s not for everyone but it’s worth a go.  Otherwise, drink it with your favourite mixer or a cocktail that needs a bit of a bite!Crafted Elegance, Aged to Perfection: JimmyRum Oaked – Single, Where Tradition Meets Distinction.”
