Cherry Collins Mocktail 🍒🍋

Glassware & Equipment:

  • Glass: Chilled highball glass

  • Tools: Jigger for measuring, bar spoon for stirring, citrus press for fresh lemon juice

  • Ice: Large ice cubes or crushed ice for better presentation

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 30 ml cherry syrup

  • Tonic water (to top)

  • Garnish: Maraschino cherry & lemon wheel

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glass – Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

  2. Mix the ingredients – Pour in fresh lemon juice and cherry syrup. Stir gently.

  3. Top with tonic – Fill the glass with tonic water for a crisp, bubbly finish.

  4. Garnish beautifully – Add a maraschino cherry on top and place a lemon wheel on the rim.

  5. Serve & enjoy! 🍹✨
