Grapefruit Mimosa Mocktail

A refreshing, bubbly, non-alcoholic twist on the classic mimosa!

Equipment & Glassware:

  • Jigger or measuring spoon – for precise ingredient portions.

  • Bar spoon – for smooth stirring.

  • Champagne flute – to showcase its elegant bubbles.

  • Citrus knife – for clean, precise garnish slicing.

  • Tongs or garnish pick – for a polished finishing touch.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml fresh grapefruit juice

  • 15 ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • Sparkling water (to top)

  • Grapefruit slice (for garnish)

  • Mint leaf (optional, for an aromatic touch)

Instructions:

  1. Build the Base:
    Pour the fresh grapefruit juice into a champagne flute. If desired, stir in simple syrup for a touch of sweetness.

  2. Add the Sparkle:
    Slowly top with sparkling water, allowing the bubbles to blend naturally.

  3. Garnish & Serve:
    Finish with a thin grapefruit slice and an optional mint leaf for a fresh, aromatic flourish.
