Lavender Gin & Tonic 🌿🍋

A floral, citrusy twist on the classic G&T, this Lavender Gin & Tonic is as beautiful as it is refreshing—perfect for spring and summer sipping.

Glassware & Equipment

  • Glass: Chilled highball or balloon glass

  • Tools: Jigger, bar spoon, fine mesh strainer (optional)

  • Ice: Large cubes or floral ice for an elegant touch

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin

  • 30 ml Fresh lemon juice

  • 30 ml Lavender syrup

  • Tonic water (to top)

  • Garnish: Dehydrated lemon wheel and fresh lavender sprig

Instructions

  1. Chill the glass: Fill with floral or large ice cubes.

  2. Combine: Add gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup directly into the glass. Stir gently to mix.

  3. Top up: Pour tonic water to fill the glass, creating a bubbly finish.

  4. Garnish: Add a dehydrated lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh lavender for aroma and visual appeal.
