Winter Daiquiri Cocktail

A seasonal twist on the classic daiquiri, featuring warm winter flavors with a citrusy, herbal touch.

Equipment:

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Fine mesh strainer

  • Coupe or martini glass

  • Jigger

  • Bar spoon

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml white rum

  • 22 ml fresh lime juice

  • 15 ml winter spiced simple syrup (cinnamon, cloves, star anise infused)

  • 7 ml orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau)

  • Ice cubes

  • Dried orange slice (for garnish)

  • Fresh rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cocktail:
    Fill a shaker with ice and add white rum, lime juice, winter spiced simple syrup, and orange liqueur.

  2. Shake & Strain:
    Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and blend the flavors.
    Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  3. Garnish & Serve:
    Garnish with a dried orange slice and a fresh rosemary sprig for a festive aroma.
    Serve immediately and enjoy your Winter Daiquiri! 🍹❄️
